Semt Bahcekent is designed on to provide low-cost housing in the new growing suburb Hosdere. With its social spaces and large recreation areas, the buildings are located in three different parcels. Commercial units are located in the ground floor with separate access from the street.

The construction of the first stage is going on, second and third are in the construction drawings phase.
