Scope:  Architectural Concept Design

The design aims to provide a habitable new environment and a «well-designed density» by means of  an urban square and public space, on a high-density and busy urban district.

The involved piece of land is divided into four different plots, and the area obliged to be given to urban facilities are located inbetween these four plots. This design approach provided a wide open urban space both to the users of the investment and the public, and it also helped to reduce the density of the built environment by increasing the distance between the blocks.
